Last Friday we had lunch at Pizza Hut @ Jurong Point for my brother's birthday.
At
12:19 we placed our order: 01x Spanish Seafood Pan Pizza, 01x Greek Moussaka, 01x Casablanca Spin Roll, 03x warm water.
At
12:45, we asked a waitress for the water. Hello? How long does it take to pour warm water? Must boil and distill how many times?
At
12:50, we asked a waitress to check the status of the food. No response.
At
13:00, we asked another waitress to check our order. She got back to us saying that all our orders need to be oven-baked, that's why will take a while.
At
13:05, the table next to us, who only came in like less than 5 minutes ago, had their pizza served. I doubt they had even warmed up their seats. Don't tell me their pizza was microwaved and not oven-baked.
At
13:13, we asked for the manager.
At
13:15, after dilly-dally, taking cover, flirting, the manager finally came to our table. Panic after my brother and I gave him a piSS of our minds.
... (the eating time definitely took less than the 45minutes waiting time)
At
13:50, we asked for the bill. No bill. (
someone killed Bill)
At
14:00, we asked for the bill again. This time round the waitress just grab it off from the cashier counter (ie, it was printed long ago..)
You know what a good restaurant would have done? It would have served you complimentary side dishes while you are waiting, and give you either a discount or a voucher.
If there is S/U option, I won't hestitate to give Pizza Hut a Unsatisfactory grade. (
then next semester must retake the module =_=)
