wah lau.. considering the fact tat my bio clock not adjusted yet.. 4am here means 6am in syd.. and tat would effectively made me not having slept the whole night.. and when i slept at 4am.. would wake up at about 8am or 9am.. too late to go down to climb already lor.. 4-5 hours.. total KO.. cannot even get me out of my bed tat kind.. not even alarm clock..
