the turf is neutral
It helps not to take side/stand when watching a soccer match, since either you will be very happy, or very sad. Even if you are very happy, unless you betted on the team, their victory means nothing to you. Just sit and watch and be good.
Was hoping for Australia to win last night's match against Italy, afterall the aussies fought so hard to reach that stage. Not say they played fantastic football, but they were against a team with stars above their crest. Although it is lame, but I feel sad for them. Oh man, now I feel as lame as those idol-chasers.
Often I find myself silently cursing at the referee. It seems like they are always either blind or brainless. Well well, the only fair referees you can ever find are all in the Xbox or Playstation.
Anyone has read the book The Jungle is Neutral?
