wallace & gromit: the curse of the were-rabbit
(maybe watching this movie was the happiest thing for me yesterday, although we had a barbecue lunch in the kitchen but I didn't find it particularly enjoyable)
If you are in need for some serious comedy, then you must watch Wallace & Gromit. Not sure why it has never been screened in cinema in Singapore. Just like the previous episodes, the problem always started from Wallace's invention, and his good dog Gromit is always there to save the day. This time round there is a Giant Vegetable competition in town and everyone is preparing their gigantic vegetable just for this day. Then suddenly there is this were-rabbit who appears whenever the full moon is up, starts running around and eats up the crops... okay the rest you can figure it out.
I just love the way they play with words and includes scenes from other classics, like when the 2 doggies hop onto the aeroplane there was this sign that says "dogfight" at the merry-go-round. The were-rabbit also did some king kong moves, like grabbing the lady and climbing up the tower... etc.
If I think of it, my Sunday wasn't 100% screwed.
