That is not a parachute. That's someone upstair's bamboo stick + bedsheet + underwear. Seems like it will drop down any moment when equilibrium is not maintained.
Now am I supposed to call 995? I have harness, but I don't have ropes....

if it was an umbrella, it must be those gigantic alfresco umbrella.
oh that area is Ang Mo Kio. If you do some trigonometry, should be able to locate which exact unit I am in....
