I thought below 1.5 metres don't have to pay the fare?

Went to see the fireworks last night and the return trip was very crowded, both the bus and the road. Took me 2 hours to get from Suntec to Ang Mo Kio. Unbelievable. And today's paper didn't even mention about the jam.

Not mentioning the usual moron who keeps kicking the back of my seat, there was this stupid passenger who stood beside my seat who kept hitting my head with his stupid belly. Must be eager to see me perform Zidane.
